Product Description Bright, layered and quietly structured from one of the Hills' most consistent sources. The 2024 Pinot Gris from The Other Wine Co. draws fruit from select Adelaide Hills vineyards, all sitting between 400 and 550 metres in altitude. These cooler, elevated sites deliver fruit with natural tension, underpinned by a mix of sandstone, shale and clay soils that shape a Gris of clarity and subtle grip. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented on full solids in large-format French oak, seasoned puncheons and stainless steel, the wine spent four months on lees to build mid-palate texture without compromising freshness. The result is taut and savoury, with just enough flesh and spice to balance its clean line. Vintage 2024 brought a long, even season, yielding fruit with lifted aromatics and restrained ripeness.
