Beef Short Ribs

Premium British or Irish Beef Short Ribs, hand-cut by our butchers. Cut from between the fore-rib and brisket, short ribs are richly marbled and full of deep beef flavour. Each section contains 3-4 rib bones with generous layers of meat between. Ideal for low-and-slow cooking, smoking or oven roasting, beef ribs become tender and intensely flavourful when given time. A firm favourite for BBQ enthusiasts and slow-cook specialists. Hand-prepared, so weight may vary slightly.
