This hat is handblocked from straw using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks. I have decorated the hat with hand crafted natural silk flowers. The hat is made to be worn at the back of the head a’la Jacqueline Kennedy style. The hat is entirely handsewn. It is fully lined and wired for extra support. This hat is secured with combs as well as bobby pins.
