Rockford Eden Valley Riesling 11.7% 750ml The age of the wines, the mineral soils where they are grown, and the commitment to maintaining traditional wine-making techniques has given us a generous full full-flavoured wine coloured by the last rays of autumn sunshine and picked just before winter rain brought another season to an end. Cameron Douglas MS writes "The youthful complexity and minerality of this wine shows best at around 12 degrees celsius and on day 2. Aromas and flavours of white flowers and fresh red apple flesh, lemon and layers of limeflowers and white spice. Acidity is high and accentuates the steely mineral conteant and delivers the citrus and whte fleshed fruit flavours evenly across the palate.
