A rare vintage DS 231 high back leather lounge chair with footrest and swivel base. Better known as the James Bond chair, a modified design for the 1969 Bond film ‘On Her Majesty’s Secret Service’ starring Australia’s own, George Lazenby. The leather X tufting and whipstitch seam detail are hybrid features added to the original DS-31 See HERE Highlight Features leather X stitch replaces typical button tufting. Fabrication Solid stainless steel five point swivel base. Wood internal frame encased with foam layers of varied densities. Thick polished leather in cognac.
