Crow Canyon Home Enamelware set of 3 green on cream splatter mixing bowls. Bowls measure 10.5", 9.75", & 9" in diameter. All white interior. The bowls capacity is 3 quarts, 3.5 quarts and 4.5 quarts. Stainless steel rims for extra durability. Crow Canyon Home enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel in a two coat process that results in a slightly textured surface. Because of this hand finished process, each piece is unique in color coverage and patterns. Oven and freezer safe. Dishwasher safe. Do not wash with hard water softeners or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not soak. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. Do not use abrasives or scratch pads. Enamelware should not be used in the microwave.
