All kits come with plants and moss suitable for the jar you selected Jar Dimensions & Plants: (ask on live) Whether you're an experienced terrarium builder or a complete novice you will have success with our DIY Terrarium kits. All vital layers and components are carefully measured out to ensure you have exactly what you need without overpaying for extras (You will receive more substrate than needed for free just to allow for creative freedom) What's Inside the Kit: Drainage Layer: This layer ensures proper drainage, preventing water from pooling and protecting plant roots from rot. Activated Charcoal: This essential layer prevents mould and bacteria build-up, ensuring a healthy environment for your plants. Mesh: This barrier allows water to pass through while keeping the soil in place, maintaining the structure of your terrarium. This is only included with the LECA option Substrate: This specially formulated substrate promotes healthy root growth and ensures your plants have the nutrients they need to thrive. Plants & Moss: The DIY Chloe will also include bun moss and a Fittonia plant that is a mixture of random colours.
