Led by Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia, the Mayan Harvest Women’s Group brings together 168 family farms and supports over 200 women. Their work helps small-scale farmers earn better prices, reinvest in their land, and build stronger futures for their families, making each cup a reflection of shared effort, tradition, and pride. Choosing this coffee means not only enjoying an exceptional cup, but also supporting a project that promotes the independence and development of women coffee producers. It opens with a slight fruity and chocolatey base, with notes of cocoa, caramel, fruit, and light florals. The cup is sweet, with a creamy body and medium-low acidity.
