2025 Sweet Verdelho

This sweet style of Verdelho opens with a burst of tropical and stonefruit aromas. Time on light fermentation lees has also given this a soft creamy note to the nose. Halting the fermentation in this wine to allow for residual sweetness has created a soft, rich and unctuous palate chock full of tropical fruit flavours. Natural acidity balances the wine to allow for a wonderful soft and creamy finish. 12.2% alcohol volume.
