These turkeys are a smaller breed similar to those from the 1950s, known for their efficient meat-to-bone ratio and suitable for homesteading.

• The turkeys are expected to weigh 21lbs for males and 15lbs for females at 15 weeks, dressing out at 14.7lbs and 10.5lbs respectively.
• Poults must be picked up within 24 hours of May 27th, 2026, between 9am and 6pm.
• Quantities are tentative as poults have not yet hatched.
• Orders not picked up within 2 days of the pick up date will incur a 20% brooding fee per day.
