In this partially hands-on class, you'll learn the secrets to perfecting a Caprese Salad and two delicious risottos: Butternut Squash and Mushroom Risotto with Leeks, Brown Butter, and Goat Cheese Red Wine Braised Short Rib Risotto with Gremolata and Crispy Shallots Whether you're a culinary novice or a seasoned cook, this class promises to elevate your cooking skills and tantalize your taste buds.
