Bright – Citrus – Green Apple – Refreshing As with all of the St. JOHN range, a wine that we are proud to have our pig on, from the endearing Antech-Gazeau family, who lead the way in Limoux as far as we are concerned both in their vineyard practices and their winemaking. This is a perfect aperitif, bright & clean. Traditional method. Grapes harvested and first fermentation in tanks, then blend selected. Dosage is 6.5g/L. Crémant de Limoux AOC Chardonnay 70%, Chenin Blanc 20%, Mauzac 10% 75cl 12.0%
