About The Winery Coriole is one of McLaren Vale’s much loved family wineries, founded by Hugh and Molly Lloyd in 1967. The first Coriole wine was released in 1969, and the estate is still family owned today. The winery is based on Chaffeys Road in McLaren Vale, with a long history of producing regional reds that show generosity, balance and character. Coriole is especially well known for Shiraz and Cabernet, as well as its early work with Italian varieties in Australia. This Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely example of the Coriole style.
