Antique Mahogany Tilt-Top Breakfast Table

A handsome antique mahogany tilt-top breakfast or occasional table, with a circular top raised on a turned baluster column and three sweeping tripod legs terminating in pad feet. The top tilts vertically when not in use, allowing the table to be stored neatly against a wall or used decoratively in a hallway or living room. At 80cm in diameter, it is a fantastic size for breakfast or drinks for two without taking up too much space. The mahogany has a rich, warm colour with attractive variation and character throughout. In good antique condition with expected surface marks, colour variation and signs of age and use. The tilt mechanism is working securely. Please study the photographs for condition.
