Personal Growth Therapy
Personal Growth Therapy (4-Session Package) Meaningful change develops through small, consistent shifts in how we think, feel, and respond. For individuals who are independently microdosing psilocybin as part of their personal mental health or wellness journey, having professional therapeutic support can help make those changes more intentional and sustainable. Our 4-session Personal Growth Therapy package is designed for individuals who are independently using psilocybin and would like a trained therapist to help them explore what is emerging throughout the process. Whether you are noticing subtle changes in your emotions, thought patterns, relationships, self-awareness, or daily functioning, these sessions provide a supportive space to reflect, process, and intentionally integrate those experiences into your life. Using evidence-based psychotherapy, your therapist will help you better understand your experiences and translate new insights into meaningful, lasting change. The sessions may focus on: Recognizing shifts in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors Processing emotions or experiences that arise during the microdosing process Identifying long-standing beliefs and patterns that may no longer be serving you Building cognitive flexibility and emotional resilience Strengthening self-awareness and intentional decision-making Developing practical strategies for integrating insights into everyday life Supporting sustainable behavioral and emotional growth Package Includes: Four 50-minute individual psychotherapy sessions, typically scheduled over 4–8 weeks based on your individual therapeutic needs. Once your order is placed, your therapist will contact you for scheduling. All sessions are via telehealth and can include phone and/or video. Important Notice Colorado Teletherapy Services and its therapists do not advertise, provide, prescribe, or supply psilocybin or any other controlled substance.
