Nod Hill ‘Meadowsong’ Foeder-aged Farmhouse Ale (750mL)

Nod Hill Brewery is based in Ridgefield, CT. Not only is this one of our most local breweries and with a wide range of styles, but they are also aligned with our mission for sustainability. Their brewery is entirely solar-powered, they’re one of the first members of the BetterBev New England Program, their spent grains go to feed animals on local farms, and more. Brewed using CT-grown Pilsner Malt, Aged Hops, Mixed Culture of Yeast & Bacteria. Fermented & conditioned in our French oak foeder for 8 months with a mixed culture featuring Brettanomyces & Trappist-origin yeast, Meadowsong is light golden, highly effervescent, tart, lemony & refreshing.
