Cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed by hand, then dried slowly on raised African beds. The cup is bright and layered. Blackcurrant leads with a juicy, tea-like acidity, joined by a fragrant lift of Earl Grey and a warm streak of toffee apple lingering on the finish. Best served black. No milk required — just trust the process.
