Replaces OE number Injector spill rail / leak-off pipe. Replaces OE: ERR3652 Designed as a direct replacement for the original diesel leak-off pipes on the 200Tdi, this kit returns excess fuel from the tops of the injectors back to the pump — and puts an end to the perished, cracked rubber that lets air into the fuel system. Unlike the original rubber assembly, every Pioneer 4x4 spill rail kit is built entirely from stainless steel — PTFE-lined braided hose with a protective coloured PVC outer cover and stainless steel fittings throughout — for maximum durability and corrosion resistance in harsh road, towing, expedition and off-road environments. The hero feature Why upgrade? The original leak-off pipes are a known weak point on the 200Tdi. As the rubber ages it hardens and cracks, drawing air into the fuel line and causing hard starting, rough running and fuel weeping over a hot engine. A PTFE-lined, full stainless steel spill rail removes that failure point for good — no perishing, no splitting, no air leaks.
