Chianti Classico 2022

Chianti Classico – Tenuta del Palagio – 2022 This wine represent our most conspicuous production. It is mainly produced with Sangiovese, almost 95%, in addition to Colorino and Merlot. The color is a bright, limpid deep rubin red and the aroma is intensely fruity with a pleasant scent of red fruit such as cherry and violet . The flavour is balanced between a dry tannic taste and a velvety one. It is a medium-bodied wine that can be aged up to 5 or 6 years. Suggested to pair with cold cuts, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes with meat sauce.
