Limited Energy Mod 5: Audio and Sound CMS Course
The electrical industry covers a wide range of electrical and communications systems, as well as a vast variance in voltages. This course will focus on audio and sound, theory and sound system basics, electronic circuits, sound reinforcement, NEC, paging systems, intercom systems and PBXs interfacing with paging equipment, labs, background music systems, sound masking, conference room A/V, and project management. Course administration: Instructors can reclaim valuable time by having students’ homework automatically graded online. Students can view their individual grades at any time, and instructors can get detailed information on individual student performance. Video Conferencing: Students can attend instructor-led remote class sessions. PowerPoint presentations can be displayed and used as whiteboards for real-time distance learning presentations. A chat feature allows for a public forum for questions, as well as a private channel for questions to the instructor. Supplemental content: A class template will include a large variety of supplemental review materials, videos, and activities. This template can be modified by each individual instructor to fit their curriculum or used as-is for supplemental instruction. These materials can be used as out-of-class study materials or as a resource for gathering in-class presentation materials. Announcements: Class announcements can be posted, which will both be displayed when a student logs in to the class as well as emailed to all registered students. Any chapter interested in activating the Limited Energy Mod 5 CMS Course will need to send an email to IECsetup@atp.wbdev.com that contains the course name, the instructor’s name and email address, the training director’s name and email address, and the number of students participating in the class.
