Do not use shoes on the mat. - Roll the mat with the printed surface facing outwards. - Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, excessive heat and oily substances. - Before practice, make sure your hands and feet are clean and dry. - Clean with a soft cloth using water and a drop of mild dish soap.
