After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and subsequent aging for 8 months in stainless steel in the presence of fine lees. Tasting notes: Slightly salmon-colored, exuberant aroma of red fruits and hints of violet. On the palate, it is a very refined rosé, fruity, with balanced acidity and good gastronomic suitability.
