We have a new cold brew in the haus, and everyone is absolutely loving it! This Mexican coffee is full-bodied with strong chocolate and caramel notes and a hint of citrus. A little about the coffee: Fatima farm was acquired in 1970 by Antonio Orea and Genoveva Perez-Redondo. It’s currently operated by its third-generation owners, Givette Perez Orea and Ernesto Perez. Initially, Fatima farm produced high-quality commodity lots but in 2018, Givette and Ernesto entered the specialty coffee market. Since then they have won two Cup of Excellence awards, in 2019 and 2021.
