Since then, Hansel has appeared in hundreds of live shows and television programs. His performances include prestigious venues such as the Magic Castle in Hollywood, the Puerto Rico Center for Fine Arts, the Teatro Circo Murcia in Spain, and stages in Las Vegas and on major Caribbean cruise lines. His blend of humor, magic, and his distinctive physical presence have made Hansel—pound for pound—the best in his league; so much so that in 2022, he was named "Best Close-Up Magician" at a major festival in the United States. “New Magic from Old Pages” is a lecture by Hansel Kreutzberger in which he demonstrates that there is a wealth of brilliant, unpublished magic waiting to be discovered, often hidden in plain sight. By offering fresh interpretations of lesser-known routines, Kreutzberger argues that magicians don’t need to create new tricks to perform magic that feels innovative and distinct. While primarily focused on card magic, this philosophy can be applied to the broader world of magic as well.
