Inside is Muraglia's signature extra virgin olive oil — Coratina-based, cold-extracted from an early Apulian harvest, green and intensely fruity with the peppery bite and high polyphenol content that mark a serious, fresh EVOO, at free acidity well below the extra-virgin limit.
