For this edition, our Master Distiller, Viridiana Tinoco, sought a sincere expression of the tequila, one that allows its original notes to be perceived with clarity, so that in tasting it, the process itself becomes the central actor of the celebration. She expertly curated a remarkable joven blend, composed predominantly of tequila aged for 28 months in French oak vats from the Forest of Tronçais, lightly accented with a touch of specially crafted unaged tequila. The intention was to honor the agave by allowing its essence to remain present at every stage of the experience.
