DTU Executive MBA is an AMBA-accredited Master in Management of Technology programme for ambitious professionals at various stages of their careers who seek to enhance their skills in leadership, innovation, and technology. Previously, he held several roles in the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Group at Imperial College Business School in London, England. Oliver’s teaching encompasses lectures and seminars on topics such as organizational design and renewal, technological chance, strategy, business models, open innovation, and entrepreneurial growth. In his research, Oliver studies how to design organization that effectively deal with extremely high uncertainty, such as high-tech start-ups, R&D units, online communities, and social enterprises. In particular, he looks at how collaboration, knowledge disclosure, or framing may contribute to the strategic renewal of established companies and the establishment and growth of start-ups as well as entire industry ecosystems. This research has been published or is forthcoming in leading international academic journals as well as practitioner-oriented outlets such as Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, Sloan Management Review, and McKinsey Quarterly.
