WEICON MC4-Crimp Tool The WEICON MC4-Crimp Tool is engineered for reliable, process-safe crimping of MC4 solar connectors. Featuring a precision ratchet mechanism, adjustable crimping force, and a quick-change module system, it delivers consistent, professional results for photovoltaic installations. Features Designed specifically for MC4 photovoltaic connectors. Suitable for 2.5, 4.0 and 6.0 mm² (AWG 14–10) cable sizes. Ratchet mechanism with blocking device ensures the tool only opens once the crimp is complete. Delivers consistent, repeatable crimping quality for reliable electrical connections. Integrated emergency release allows the tool to be safely opened in the event of incorrect operation. Precision eccentric adjustment enables accurate crimping force calibration. Multi Change System allows crimping modules to be changed quickly without additional tools. Supplied with a hardened steel crimping module for MC4 connectors. Ergonomic two-component "ice-crack" handles provide a secure grip and excellent force transmission. Integrated handle eyelets allow attachment of a safety lanyard.
