Description & Features LEKI WCR Pro Lite Ski Racing Poles are built for alpine racers who need a lightweight, durable race pole with discipline-specific performance for Slalom or Giant Slalom. Both models use high-strength HTS 6.5 aluminum with an aerodynamic Airfoil shaft profile and LEKI's Trigger grip system for a direct, secure connection between the hand and pole. Choose the straight SL model for quick pole plants and gate clearing or the GS model with its race-specific bend for an aerodynamic position at speed. The WCR Pro Lite SL uses the Trigger 3D SL grip with a Racing basket, while the WCR Pro Lite GS uses the Trigger 3D ProG grip and Downhill basket. Both feature fixed-length 16 mm shafts, Trigger Frame Straps, carbide tips, and an Ultrasonic finish for a race-ready setup designed for training and competition. Note: A longer Trigger 3D Adapter Sleeve is required when installing closed gate guards. Its 16 mm HTS 6.5 aluminum shaft balances durability and low weight, while the Trigger 3D ProG grip provides a secure, direct connection for control through high-speed GS turns. A Downhill basket and carbide Flex Tip complete the race-specific setup. Reduced drag also contributes to a more efficient swing through the race course. LEKI Trigger Grip System LEKI's Trigger system creates a direct connection between the strap and grip without a conventional loop-style pole strap. Racers can quickly click into and out of the pole while maintaining a close, controlled connection between the hand and grip.
