pH-Sensitive Colorimetric RT-LAMP Kit _ 13920ES
This kit integrates a visible-light LAMP indicator into the formulation. The reaction buffer contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dUTP—together with additional components essential for Bst II DNA Polymerase amplification—as well as a pH-sensitive indicator. The kit also provides glycerol-free Bst II DNA Polymerase, UDGase, and reverse transcriptase (RT enzyme), and is supplied with a lyophilization protectant, enabling direct preparation of lyophilized reaction systems on a standard freeze-dryer. The reagent delivers high amplification efficiency and sensitivity, with amplification results readable by the unaided eye: positive reactions turn orange-yellow while negative reactions remain magenta, providing strong visual contrast. Storage Part I — Components 13920-A and 13920-D [2.5× pH-Sensitive Reaction Buffer / Lyophilization Protectant] are shipped on dry ice and should be stored at -25 to -15°C with a shelf life of 6 months. Part II — Components 13920-B and 13920-C [Glycerol-free RT Enzyme Mix / Bst Enzyme] are shipped with ice packs and should be stored at 2 to 8°C with a shelf life of 3 months. FAQ Q: Can 13920ES be used directly without lyophilization? Yes. Lyophilization is optional; the kit may be used directly as a liquid formulation without any loss of performance. Q: The 13920ES protocol includes an 85°C inactivation step for 5 minutes. Should the tube be removed after this inactivation step, or after the 30-minute reaction at 60–65°C, for color observation? A: The tube should be removed for color observation only after the 85°C inactivation step (5 minutes) has been completed. Documents: Safety Data Sheet 13920_MSDS_HB260827 Manual
