Each cake is finished with a Greek yogurt and mashed potatoes frosting. Once you receive the cake, keep it in the refrigerator. Take it out 30 mins prior to cutting. The cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. You can warm it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to retain the moister, before giving it the next day.
