I love these off shoulder dresses! This one is 1970’s or 1980’s vintage.. There are no labels or tags.. Butter cream cotton crepe.. Edges are trimmed with a super pretty floral lace.. Gentle tailoring to the bodice.. Huge ruffled flounce at the shoulder.. Straps and neckline gather with elastic and can be worn both on and off the shoulder.. Lace at the waist for a perfect silhouette.. Big sweep maxi length tiered skirt.. Dread is lined with cream acetate..
