Demo Class: Chef Jamie is back in the Gourmet Chef kitchen with a serious stadium food upgrade! We’re whipping up a classic Texas Ranger Chili Dog, topped with smoked brisket chili and jalapeno blue cheese slaw, then off to San Diego for some “Cardiff Crack” Tri-Tip Loaded Nachos with housemade queso, crab & citrus quac and fresh salsa! We’re making a pit stop in Pittsburgh for the ultimate Philly Cheesesteak and fries, then finishing this homerun with the ultimate dessert mash-up of a French Toast Uncrustable topped with vanilla ice cream, house-made “Crack-er” Jacks, rootbeer glazed pork belly and a rootbeer caramel drizzle!
