Inspired by the Roman invasion of Britain this gin brings flavours of the Mediterranean to the most Northern point of the Empire. Sun soaked botanicals are paired up with fresh orange, lemon and thyme to create an elegant gin with a smooth juniper finish. Pairs great with a Mediterranean tonic, slice of lemon and orange plus a sprig of thyme. alc. 40% vol, 70cl bottle.
