Red Wine Detalhe Reserva 2020, 75cl Tejo

Appellation Tejo DOC | Portugal Cartaxo Grande Reserva Red is produced from selected vineyards in the Tejo region, planted on clay-limestone soils. The blend of Portuguese and international grape varieties creates a wine of remarkable depth, structure and elegance, showcasing the region’s outstanding winemaking potential. Winemaking The grapes were fully destemmed and crushed, followed by a five-day extended maceration and alcoholic fermentation at approximately 26 ºC to ensure excellent extraction of colour, aromas and tannins. Ageing Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, followed by 9 months of bottle ageing.
