Produced in 1896 by Alfons Mucha (known internationally as Alphonse Mucha), Zodiac features the striking profile of a woman framed by a prominent halo. It was originally created as a company calendar for Champenois for the year 1897. Alfons Mucha was a Czech Art Nouveau painter, illustrator and graphic artist. He is best known for his distinctly stylised and decorative theatrical posters.
