Custom School Sponsor Banners Recognize the businesses that support your school or athletic program with a professionally designed sponsor banner from MVP Banners. Each banner can be coordinated with your school colors and personalized with the sponsor’s name, logo, recognition level, and message. How to Order Choose the banner size: Use “Banner Size” to select 3 ft × 4 ft, 3 ft × 5 ft, 4 ft × 6 ft, or 5 ft × 8 ft. Set the quantity: Enter the number of finished banners you are ordering. If you need different wording or logos on multiple banners, clearly identify which information belongs to each banner in your notes and uploaded filenames. Enter the school name: In “School Name,” type the school or organization name exactly as it should appear. Enter the school colors: In “School Colors,” list the primary and accent colors we should use. Enter the main heading: In “Main Heading,” provide the sponsor, business, family, alumni, or honoree name that should receive the most emphasis. Add a secondary heading: Use “Secondary Heading” for wording such as “Platinum Sponsor” or “Class of 1995.” Leave it blank if the design does not need a secondary line. Add a tagline or message: In “Tagline or Message,” enter the supporting phrase you want included. Leave it blank if no tagline is needed. Add design instructions: Use “Additional Design Notes” for special requests involving wording, colors, layout, or logo placement. Add any remaining details: Use “Notes for Designer” for information not covered above, such as a title, position, class year, award, or other recognition detail. Enter the target delivery date: In “Target Delivery Date,” enter your preferred in-hand date. This is a requested date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production begins after proof approval, and shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. Rename and upload the files: Before uploading, rename each file so the designer can identify the school, sponsor, or banner it belongs to. Upload the sponsor logo and any school logo, mascot, or supporting artwork through “Drag & Drop your files or Browse.” Review the order: Confirm the size, quantity, names, colors, headings, message, design notes, target date, and uploaded files before adding the product to your cart. Approve the proof: We will email a digital proof within 1–3 business days*, Monday through Friday. Review all names, wording, colors, logos, and layout carefully. Printing will not begin until the proof is approved. Production: After proof approval, the banner normally prints and ships within 2–3 business days. *Proof turnaround times may be longer during peak seasons.
