Bowled Over

This beginner level, 8 week class will teach introductory wheel techniques to master the art of the “Bowl”. From small bowls for dips and sauces, soup and salad bowls, to the multifunctional serving bowl, we will explore the many facets of the form. Learning the basic wheel skills and techniques of trimming and glazing, students should expect to adorn their homes with a variety of finished works by the end of the session. Open studio hours to work on projects during the course are included. Open studio runs Monday (3-6pm), Thursday (3-6pm) and Sunday (5-8pm). Students will have access to 6 open studio sessions during their course. COURSE WITHDRAWAL & TRANSFERS All enrollments are subject to our REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT POLICIES. INDUSTRY NIGHT This course falls on Industry Night at The Steel Yard- Folks working in the service industry can receive at 20% discount on Monday night classes.
