1960s Gold-Tone Textured Feather Wreath Brooch

A sculptural vintage circular brooch formed from a continuous wreath of overlapping, feather-like leaves. Each curved section is finely ribbed to create movement and texture, while polished diagonal bands catch the light and emphasise the swirling design. The open centre keeps the brooch visually light despite its substantial, dimensional construction. Its combination of botanical forms, bold gold tone and rhythmic circular composition gives it an elegant mid-century look that works equally well on a jacket lapel, dress, scarf or coat. The reverse is fitted with a traditional hinged pin and simple hook clasp. No maker’s mark is visible in the photographs.
