Rescued Onion Wrangler Pickled Onion Salt

Proper pickled onion flavour smashed into delicious salt with all that vinegary, chip-shop, pub-snack chaos intact. Absolutely criminal on chips. Sharp, salty, tangy as hell. This started life as a kitchen disaster when our Spicy Slicey Pickled Onions were cut to the wrong size. Rather than tossing the whole batch, we turned it into one of the best things we've ever made. Proof that sometimes the best ideas start with: "...well, we can't waste it." Here for a good time, not a long time. (We mean it. This one's a limited run — when it's gone, it's gone, and we can't make any promises about bringing it back!) Mix with oil and slap on some chicken thighs to roast, sprinkle on chips, mix with sour cream for an epic dip.
