Start your outside corners with a nice 90-degree corner: We now provide the service and convenience of pre cutting your Frame Kits corner with this kit. The corner kit matches out 1.25in thick Frame Kit, and makes for a faster install. Couple with your other frame kits to bang-out that tricky outside corner. Each of the 2 lengths = at least 20in (includes the 45-degree cut angles, making an outside 90deg). These kits are flat-packed, Simply join with wood glue and allow to dry flat before anchoring in place to your concrete. An optional pocket screw is provided to help assembly your kit during glue-up. Shipping is included to 48 states. Each piece is pre-drilled and countersunk for easy installation. Each piece of wood is constructed of durable oak hardwood, the wood trim kit provides a clean and professional look & the function of securely framing in your FUJI Mats. Please note: Frame kits are finger-jointed to achieve length, holes and cracks are prefilled with putty and sanded to 80 grit, imperfections are to be expected. We recommend a light 00-120 grit sanding before stain is applied if desired. The Corner Kit frames may receive additional sanding to de-burr any cut edges for your convenience. Part:
