Summer Miso Tamari

This special tamari is carefully blended from the tamari harvested from our tomato, urfa ancho pepper, and corn misos. This tamari is sweet, complex, and exceptionally unique. This bottle embodies the flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, urfa ancho peppers, and slowly roasted corn, with notes of caramel and rich umami. True tamari is made from miso fermentation, and the yield is always very limited and special. Soy-free, gluten-free, keep refrigerated.
