COLOUR Light Straw NOSE Citrus and apple intermingled with saltbush nuances. PALATE Lemon, pear and apple, with racy acidity and liveliness. There is an unmistakable coastal influence, with saltbush and sea spray transporting you to the beaches of Western Australia. Savoury notes of coastal rosemary and coriander seed follow.
