Orijem Timor Lot 5D is a remarkable filter coffee and the recipient of 1st Place Natural Process Coffee and Best Coffee Produced in Timor-Leste 2024. Harvested in the highlands of Aileu Municipality, the coffee underwent a carefully controlled 110-hour anaerobic whole cherry fermentation inside oxygen-free tanks designed to amplify flavour complexity and sweetness. Roasted specifically for filter brewing, this coffee reveals an expressive cup bursting with red fruit character, wine-like aromatics and bright lactic acidity. Its clean structure and layered sweetness make it ideal for V60, Kalita, Chemex and batch brewing.
