About This Caster - 32H1B40V-02 Choose this 4-inch high-temp swivel for a rack or cart that rides into an oven or bake line, where an ordinary wheel softens, flat-spots, or smokes the first time it hits temperature. The composite high-temp wheel is rated to 475°F, so it holds its shape and keeps rolling through the heat cycle where a standard tread fails. At 4 inches it keeps a bake rack low enough for the oven, and the top plate bolts to the rack frame. It is the high-temp caster for ovens, proofers, and cure lines below the range where you need solid cast iron.
