Somatic + Creative Writing with Mollie Mendoza July 15th

Wednesday July 15th 6-7:30 pm Private Residence, Santa Barbara *Address provided week of event Join PALMA Colectiva and Mollie Mendoza for a Somatic + Creative Writing workshop. The session begins with a short somatic practice (accessible for all bodies) and then journies into both prompted and free creative writing exercises. There is space for intuition to unfold, to enjoy both freedom and form. Sharing of writings and open dialogue will be optional. PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
