The EAトCO Nulu Butter Knife is a cleverly designed Japanese butter knife made for one specific annoyance: spreading cold, hard butter straight from the fridge. nstead of a conventional flat blade, the Nulu has a row of small angled holes. When you draw the knife across cold butter, those holes shave the butter into thin, airy strands that spread much more easily than a solid chunk. Not only that, the angled shape helps reach butter stored in a butter dish or container and the small serrated section can be used for scraping burnt bits from toast! Made from stainless steel in Japan's renowned Tsubame-Sanjo metalworking region. Length - 150mm Made in Japan.
