FAQ (short) Bloom Insurance: If blooms fail within 10 days, we replace (mis-watering/physical damage excluded). Skips: One skip per term with 7-day notice (extra skips $35). Lock-in: 6 or 12 months. Early exit fee = 50% of remaining monthly payments (capped at 2 months). Container rental: Included in the price; we collect the container at the next delivery unless purchased. Damage/loss billed at cost.
