CLANDESTINO WHITE 2024 Vineyards The grapes that originate this wine come from two plots of land surrounding the Quinta da Teixuga Winery, which are 9 years old, planted in granite soils between 400 and 500 meters high. Harvest 2024 Alcohol by volume 13,5% Appellation IVV, Portugal Tasting notes Citrine yellow colour. Expressive in the aromas, green apple, pineapple, mango, peach and floral notes. Very balanced in the mouth, fresh and with a lively and persistent acidity. Food Pairing Its freshness and balance harmonizes well with cold seafood, Italian dishes with cheese, grilled fish, dried fruit with honey. Vinification The two international varieties that make up the blend were harvested by hand and vinified together in stainless steel vats. The different degrees of maturity that they displayed at the time they were harvested contributed to the balance of the blend. Fermentation was conducted with temperature control at around 16ºC.
