Aligned to Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) Level 2 Our Basic Life Support course provides healthcare professionals with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations. Delivered in line with the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) Level 2 standards, this interactive session ensures delegates are equipped to act quickly and safely when it matters most. This course is available as a group booking only and is delivered at your registered venue for convenience and flexibility. Trainer to Delegate Ratio: 1 trainer to a maximum of 12 delegates to ensure high quality, hands on learning and individual support. Pricing: Please enquire Learning Outcomes: Our training programme covers a comprehensive range of outcomes, including: Understanding current legislation and local resuscitation policies and procedures Recognising and responding appropriately to emergency situations Summoning immediate emergency assistance in line with local protocols Providing effective airway management and maintaining an open airway Recognising cardiorespiratory arrest and initiating effective chest compressions and ventilations Safely operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Accurately reporting and recording emergency events Applying local Do Not Attempt Resuscitation (DNAR) policies within a clinical context Availability: We typically deliver training at your registered venue and usually require just a couple of weeks’ notice.
